Early Learning Center Enrollment
Listed below is the additional documentation required on the Preschool & Pre-K application:
- For Preschool 3's and 4's, you will need to choose which session (AM or PM) to apply for. For reference, our Preschool schedule is as follows:
- 3's AM: Tuesday/Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m
- 3's PM: Tuesday/Thursday 12:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
- 4's AM: Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
- 4's PM: Monday/Wednesday/Friday 12:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
- Current photo of your child
- Permanent Record Card - required by the Diocese of Cleveland. You can download this form, complete it electronically, and attach it to the application
- $175 application fee
